Project activities required extensive coordination between the building occupants and roofing contractor responsible for the replacement activity. Freezing conditions were also experienced and the progress of site activities were delayed or hampered due to snow. The work was required to be accomplished in winter to prevent any additional damage to the structure. All project activities were completed without damage to the site or the building, without the loss of materials or equipment from the roofing surface, and without on the job injury. Project established budgets were maintained and project anticipated completion schedules were shortened by 1 week.
